Community Foundation Grey Bruce invites charities and non-profit organizations across Grey and Bruce counties to submit grant applications before the fall deadline of September 15, 2021.
If you’re part of a non-profit or charity serving Grey Bruce that is planning a project this fall that will improve our community in one of the areas identified in the Foundation’s Vital Signs® report, you may be eligible to apply for up to $5,000 in support.
Vital Signs® is a community check-up conducted by Community Foundations across Canada that measures the vitality of our communities, identifies significant trends, and supports action on issues that are critical to our quality of life. Applicants will be asked to describe how their project relates to the report in one of seven categories including the environment, health and wellness, and community connections.
Organizations can access the online application form, assessment criteria and full Vital Signs® report at www.communityfoundationgreybruce.com.
It’s advised that applicants confirm the eligibility of their project before beginning the application process by contacting Jen Legge, Grants and Donor Relations Coordinator at the Foundation office at 519.371.7203.
