Pet of the Week: A handsome silver fellow with lots of attributes

Once again, Bo, the handsome seven-year-old chocolate lab is being featured as this week’s highlight for adoption.

His coat is actually a rare silver thanks to a rare gene that dilutes his colouring.  Bo is good with people, loves to play ball, is crate-trained, clean in his pen and loves the water.

Like some people, Bo gets seasonal allergies and would benefit from a little bit of Benadryl as needed.

A large energetic fellow, Bo is not good with other dogs and would prefer a mature home where large dog/breed experience would be good for all.  Sadly, Bo was briefly adopted and returned through no fault of his own.  Although his original description posted with his photo indicated that he was not good with other dogs and this was stressed before adoption, nevertheless, that is exactly the reason he is again in the Shelter.

Being shuffled back and forth is very stressful and the shelter hopes that Bo will land in a home where he is given the time and understanding that that this handsome fellow deserves.

Bo can be visited only through appointment by calling 519-372-1911.
