Hawks Fall Flat in Game 4

The Plex was jam-packed for Game 4 of the WOAA Sr. “AA” semi-final series between the Clinton Radars and the hometown Saugeen Shores Winterhawks, but the fans didn’t get much to cheer about.

Clinton pulled away late to take a decisive 6-0 victory to even the best-of-seven series at two games apiece.

The Radars used their speed to frustrate the Winterhawks all night long, as they struggled to generate good chances on Clinton netminder Drew Reinhardt.

Clinton opened the scoring halfway through the first period, as a Braydon Blight-Royal shot from the point made its way through a crowd and past Winterhawks netminder Jeff Flagler.

The Winterhawks had power plays late in the period, but struggled to generate to chances.
