William (Bill) Booey of Owen Sound won $100,000 with INSTANT BINGO DOUBLER(Game #2196).
A retired truck driver, Booey says he is a regular lottery player with his favourite games being INSTANT games and POKER LOTTO ALL IN. “I won $9,000 about four years ago,” he shared.
Booey noticed he was a big winner as he played his ticket. “I said to my wife, ‘If I didn’t goof on this ticket, I think I won $100,000!’ and she said ‘Yeah, sure!'” he laughed. “After going to the store to verify my win, I put the winning slip on the counter in front of her and didn’t say a word. She looked at it and screamed!”
He has already purchased a new vehicle. “It’s a beautiful machine with all the bells and whistles and I’ll enjoy every moment in it.”
