SSLC continues to ride the waves of success

It wasn’t quite like Lake Huron waters as the Saugeen Shores Lifesaving Club (SSLC) competed at the Nationals in the ocean in Nova Scotia … but that didn’t deter the team.

They placed 2nd in all of Canada losing by only 150 points to Nova Scotia’s team and brought home the Silver medal.

SSLC continues to make a name for itself against many larger clubs from urban centres, as team members and coaches continue to ride the waves of success in lifesaving techniques through hard word, determination and commitment by them and their families.
