A pair of adult coyotes (male and female) looking for food. The pair was a little wary so didn’t stay too long.
The male was also limping slightly on his back left leg.
This photo was taken from a window of our house looking into our back yard on Beacon Lane, Southampton.
Our property backs onto a forested wetland area, with a stream and is protected by the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority. We get a lot of furry, feathered and water creatures.
They provide interesting entertainment for us all year long.
