The YMCA Owen Sound announces that its recent YMCA Strong Communities Campaign has been an incredible success, raising a total of $98,000!
Although just shy of its $100,000 goal, organizers say that the achievement is nothing short of amazing thanks to the generosity and support of donors.
The Strong Communities Campaign is a testament to the power of community spirit and collaboration to build a stronger, healthier, and more inclusive community for everyone. Contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals and families in meaningful ways, providing access to vital programs and services that promote well-being and belonging.
“As a charity that provides financial assistance to members of the community,” say organizers, “we extend our deepest gratitude to each and every donor who contributed during our 2023-2024 fiscal year. Your belief in our mission and your willingness to invest in our community’s future are truly inspiring. Despite falling slightly short of the initial fundraising goal for this year, the impact of this campaign will be far-reaching and long-lasting.
