Chesley OLG winner has plans for his winnings

Philip Jackman of Chesley has that “6/49 feeling” after winning a LOTTO 6/49 second prize worth $104,529.20in the January 26, 2022 LOTTO 6/49 draw.

Philip, a 55-year-old father, said he was shocked to realize he was a big winner. “I couldn’t believe it,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “It feels really good! Now I can do some of the things I’ve always dreamed of!”

He’s going to finish building his house, invest and would like to retire earlier. “I’ll also treat myself to a trip to Jamacia,” he smiled.

OLG winners are wearing face masks as required by the temporary City of Toronto by-law that mandates face masks be worn in indoor public spaces.

The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Kennedy Road in Scarborough
