Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the South Bruce OPP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspicious driver and vehicle.
An elementary school-age child was walking to school on Mackendrick Drive in Kincardine at 9:05 a.m. on April 14, 2022 when the child noticed that a full-size pickup truck drove past her several times. At one point the male driver exited the pickup truck across the street from the child. The child kept her distance and continued on to school. The driver entered back into his vehicle and drove away, heading westbound on Russell Street.
There was no conversation or contact between the adult and child. The suspicious vehicle is described as a black newer model full-size pickup truck with a tonneau cover. The driver was described as male, between 30 to 40 years of age, at least 5’11”, and wearing a black surgical face mask, a black hoodie, and blue jeans.
