The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a robbery that occurred at the business on Highway 6&21 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
On August 25, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP received a report of a robbery at a business on Highway 6&21 in Georgian Bluffs. Investigation revealed that three individuals entered the store and were acting suspicious. A security guard confronted the individuals, and they proceeded to steal store items totaling less than $5000 prior to fleeing the area. As the security guard and a manager were attempting to stop the theft from occurring, they both were assaulted. Any injuries were determined to be minor and did not require medical attention. The suspects caused approximately $200 damage to the store’s property.
The Grey Bruce OPP is seeking assistance in identifying the individuals.
