The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual after a road rage incident in the Township of Chatsworth.
On January 18, 2023, at approximately 3:53 p.m., Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of an assault on the Grey-Bruce Line in the Township of Chatsworth.
Once on scene, officers determined that a road rage incident had taken place resulting in one of the involved drivers assaulting the other. The accused driver was placed under arrest.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 38 year-old male from Owen Sound with the following offences:
- Assault
- Dangerous operation
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
